Sorbonne Paris Cité is a higher education and research alliance (Pôle de Recherche et d’Enseignement Superieur, PRES) established on February 10, 2010. It is a Public Institution for Scientific Cooperation bringing together four Parisian universities and four higher education and research institutes:

  • Sorbonne Nouvelle University - Paris 3
  • Paris Descartes University
  • Paris Diderot University
  • Paris 13 University
  • Institute of Physics of the Globe (IPGP)
  • National Institute of Oriental Languages and Civilizations (INALCO)
  • Sciences Po (Institute of Political Science), Paris
  • EHESP School of Public Health
